Our Company Our
company was founded in 1997. Our objective when starting our company
was to provide the electronic component industry with a professionally
operated independent sales agency focused on selling specialty
electronic components in the New England marketplace. While working for
component manufacturers, we successfully developed and launched many
specialty products and fully understand the process for winning design
with these types of products. Through strategic long term vision and a
consultative sales approach, we link up compatible business cultures
and relationships for our principals and customers which result in a
successful road map for mutual success.
Our People We have five employees working for our company. Our
account managers hold undergraduate engineering degrees and have an
average of over twenty five years experience actively selling
electronic components in the New England marketplace. Each has
successfully completed a professional sales training program and each
has held both field sales and management positions with leading
electronic component manufacturers. Our sales administrator has more
than fifteen years sales and marketing experience including data base
management and customer service. She is responsible for managing
day-to-day customer related activities, and interfaces with our
principals on a daily basis.
Our Office Our
office is strategically located in Mansfield, Massachusetts which is
midway between Boston and Providence. Our office location is centrally
located between our sales territories and allows for more efficient
planning and time management when our principals are visiting customers
in our territory. Each account manager has responsibility for key
accounts where they maintain long-term relationships and manages a the
geographic territory where they reside. This ensures that our customers
are visited on a regular basis and they can easily visit customers when
issues arise. Our office is the central point of contact for our
customers.
Our Operation We
are committed to continually reinvesting in our information technology
infrastructure in order to maintain a best-in-class customer service
and support for both our principals and customers. Our website
provides twenty-four hour a day access for customers to request samples
or quotes from our principals. Our proprietary customer contact
database contains over five thousand customer contacts representing
more than fifteen hundred companies. We track and report new business
opportunities and provide forecasting and market analysis services when
requested by our principals.
