Inductor maker Chilisin June revenues fall below NT$400 million
Power inductor supplier Chilisin Electronics, which had managed to generate monthly revenues of more than NT$400 million (US$12.9 million) between March and May, saw its June revenues fall below that level.
Chilisin reported June revenues of NT$371 million, down 7.3% on month. On an annual basis, however, the revenues were 32.2% higher than the NT$281 million reported for June 2014.
Chilisin’s revenues came to about NT$1.2 billion for the second quarter of 2015, hitting a record high for the second straight quarter. Revenues for second-quarter 2015 represented growth of 3.2% sequentially and 25.5% on year.
With new capacities set to come online, Chilisin is expected to generate sequential revenue increases in the third and fourth quarters of 2015, according to market watchers.
