Rockwell Collins Lands More Than $500M in DoD Contracts
Rockwell Collins Incorporated was the clear cut winner of the U.S. Department of Defense’s Tuesday contract dispersal after it hauled in over $531 million for three contracts.
The majority of Rockwell Collins’ winnings came from a nearly $495 million order dependent Army contract purposed for “software and system development and integration onto
the CH-47, MH-47, MH-6, MH/UH/HH/VH-60, VH-3, MH-65 and all their variants, including potential foreign military sales requirements.”
The location of the work and funding will be determined on an order by order basis. All labor should be completed by April 2020. Bids for the project were solicited over the internet, with only one being received.
